Admiral Taverns are using multiple agency to source purchasers for their sites.  Pub Innsite are one of the agents provided with information and are able to source their fees from Admiral on a success fee basis.  The sites tend to be at the more affordable end of the scale and can represent an extremely cost effective way to get a step on the freehold ladder.  Some pubs are also suitable for alternative uses.  Under the General Development Order, you do not need planning to change from pub use to A3/ A2 or A1 use.
